Session Cost?

I charge £65 per session for individuals and £100 for couples. Please pay asap, via BACSwithin 24 hrs or cash at the time.

Sessions last between 1 and 1 and a quarter hours depending on need. Initial sessions are longer to do some therapeutic work on day one..

Sessions areonly ever set up one at a time, This is because we may complete our work in just one session or things may take longer.

I will not ask you to commit to weekly slots or a series of sessions.

You are free to end our work together at any point.

Face To Face, Telephone or Online?

I offer face to face or a combination, with zoom,depending on your location and time pressures..

Trauma and Phobia are best worked with in person but Zoom is possible if absolutely necessary.

Telephone sessions may be arranged if no other options are available.

Age Range & Specialisms?

I work with adults and teenagers over 16.

My specialisms are:

Anxiety, including trauma and phobias

Anger and assertiveness

Couples counselling

Please call/email me to set up a brief chat so we can decide whether we would like to work together.

I will take a very brief description of the issue(s) you would like to bring to counselling.

We will agree a first session, date and time. If working online, I will send you a zoom link shortly before we start.

I will email you my working agreement which sets out confidentiality and boundaries of the professional relationship etc. You can read this beforehand and discuss briefly at the beginning of our session.

I will email directions.

Where Is Your Practice Room?

My counselling room is just outside Rattery village, about one and a half miles from the A38.,

I am under 15 minutes from Totnes, Buckfasteleigh and Ashburton at TQ10 9LH

My practice rooms are only accessible by car.

Once we have decided to work together I will email directions.

Do You Have Disabled Access?

There is ground floor access but the path is gravelled..

Unfortunately the toilet is not wheelchair accessible.

Allergies

A cat and hypoallergenic dog live on the premises.

They are not allowed in the counselling room.

Let me know if you have allergies or anxiety.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Confidentiality will always be respected with legally required exceptions.

Data will be kept safely in line with GDPR guidelines.
